Yemen’s Armed Forces, in a bold move, used drones to strike a strategic Israeli target in the port city of Umm al-Rashrash, also known as Eilat. This operation was conducted in collaboration with the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, marking a significant development in the ongoing conflict.
The successful impact of the drones on the target was confirmed by the forces, who expressed their determination to continue these military operations until the Israeli assault on Gaza ceases and the blockade on the Palestinian people is lifted.
Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah, emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating that the war with Israel has reached a critical point. This declaration came in response to the assassinations of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr, perpetrated by the Zionist regime.
These targeted killings have had a significant impact on the region, affecting the broader situation in West Asia. The ongoing conflict has seen Yemeni forces conducting operations in support of the besieged Gazans, targeting locations across the occupied Palestinian territories and disrupting maritime trade routes.
