Turkiye Joins Case Against Israel with South Africa in Response to Gaza Genocide
Turkey announced its decision to join South Africa’s case against Israel for genocide in Gaza. They will submit a declaration at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, pushing for recognition of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
Other countries like Spain, Libya, and Egypt have also shown support for South Africa’s lawsuit. The ICJ has ordered Israel to cease actions that could lead to genocide and provide humanitarian aid to Gaza.
