General Vahedi, the Iranian counterpart of General Lukyanovich, emphasized the importance of defense readiness and developing military equipment to protect territorial integrity. He condemned the United States and the Israeli regime as the root causes of calamities in the region and expressed readiness to expand mutual defense cooperation.
