Amid escalating tensions in Gaza, IDF Arabic Spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued a warning to civilians in the Beit Hanoun area, urging them to evacuate immediately. The city, located in northern Gaza, has been targeted by Hamas and other terrorist groups for rocket attacks on Israel.
Adraee’s message, posted on X (formerly Twitter), emphasized the imminent threat posed by the ongoing rocket launches and assured swift action from the IDF against the perpetrators.
Residents were advised to seek shelter in central Gaza City to ensure their safety. The warning came after rocket alarms sounded in Israeli towns near the Gaza border, with three rockets detected originating from northern Gaza. Fortunately, Israel’s defense system intercepted one rocket, while the others landed in uninhabited areas.
