Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk outlined plans for launching new financial instruments and focusing on facilitated finance from financing institutions in the local market. This announcement comes following a press conference held on Tuesday 6/8/2024 to reveal the financial performance results for FY 2023/2024.

Kouchouk emphasized scaling up budget programs to benefit limited- and middle-income citizens while navigating internal and external challenges with flexibility. He also addressed inflationary pressures by implementing integrated policies in collaboration with the Central Bank of Egypt and other state bodies.
