The former head of the BIA, Aleksandar Vulin, has been barred from entering BiH by helicopter, as reported by the “Avaz” portal. Vulin was scheduled to attend the 83rd anniversary event commemorating the crimes against the Serbian population in World War II in Prebilovci near Capljina.
An exhibition opening at the House of Culture “Sveti kralj Milutin” was set for 8:00 tonight, with various officials and church dignitaries expected to attend. Prebilovci was the site of heinous crimes committed by the NDH, where around 600 villagers were massacred by being thrown into the Golubink pit in August 1941. Subsequently, over 200 individuals from the village lost their lives in more than 40 locations, devastating a community of about a thousand people before the war.
