The Ayodhya Gang-Rape Case: Allegations of Compromise and Political Drama
In an unfortunate incident in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, the mother of a gang-rape victim has alleged that some people are pressuring her to reach a compromise in the case. Bahujan Samaj Party leader, Vishwanath Pal, revealed that the victim’s mother shared this disturbing development with a delegation from the party.
The BSP has promised the victim’s family that justice will be served and advised them not to succumb to any threats or pressure. The 12-year-old victim is currently undergoing treatment at a women’s hospital, following the brutal assault by Moid Khan and Raju Khan, who also recorded the heinous act.
Amidst political accusations, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has pointed fingers at Moid Khan’s alleged association with the Samajwadi Party. The BSP has criticized the delay in registering the FIR and accused the administration of ignoring the victim’s complaint until pressure was exerted.
As the case unfolds, the focus remains on ensuring justice for the victim and holding the perpetrators accountable, without any political interference or shield. The recent arrest of Moid Khan and the demolition of his bakery signify a step towards seeking justice in this disturbing case.
