Iranian Parliament Speaker Condemns Israel’s Assassination of Resistance Leaders
Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf has denounced Israel’s killing of resistance leaders as a desperate attempt to divert attention from its failure in the ongoing war in Gaza. Qalibaf sent his condolences to Hezbollah’s Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah over the death of Fuad Shukr, a top-ranking Hezbollah military commander. He highlighted Shukr’s contributions to the resistance against Israel’s atrocities in Palestine and Lebanon.
Qalibaf condemned Israel’s assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and its continued aggression in Gaza, emphasizing the need for Muslim nations to unite against Israel’s unjust actions. Nasrallah also warned Israel of retaliation for its heinous acts in Beirut and Tehran.
