Severe Effects Of Wednesday’s Rain
Six fatalities, including two children, occurred due to rain-related incidents in Delhi. Schools were closed, and areas like Lutyen’s Delhi faced inundation.
Vehicles maneuvered through waterlogged South Delhi roads. IMD advised staying indoors and taking safety precautions.
Weather Conditions in Northern States
Himachal Pradesh faced cloudbursts, resulting in deaths and missing individuals. Heavy rains and alerts were issued for several districts.
Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand are expected to experience rainfall and thunderstorms.
