The Bauchi State Government, led by Governor Senator Bala Mohammed, has unveiled plans to revamp the National Youth Service Corps camp in Wailo village, Ganjuwa Local Government Area. The governor, during a recent facility tour, noted the deteriorating condition of the camp and highlighted the need for comprehensive rehabilitation to provide a conducive environment for corps members.
The project will involve renovating buildings, upgrading infrastructure, and providing modern facilities to enhance the training experience for corps members. Governor Mohammed emphasized the importance of the NYSC scheme in promoting national unity and development.
State coordinator, Mrs. Rifkatu Daniel, expressed gratitude for the initiative, highlighting the positive impact on both corps members and the local community’s economic growth through job creation and enhanced development.
