    Protests Erupt in Venezuela After Election Results

    Protests have broken out in Venezuelan cities after President Nicolas Maduro was declared the winner of the presidential election, resulting in at least six deaths and over 700 arrests.     The protests have been met with harsh repression from security forces, with casualties reported on both sides. As the unrest continues, the Permanent Council of the OAS will convene to address the crisis in Venezuela.
