BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 28. The Turkish army successfully neutralized 16 militants belonging to the PKK terrorist organization in northern Syria and Iraq, as reported by the Turkish National Defense on Trend. In northern Iraq, 11 terrorists were killed in the regions of Asos, Hakurk, and Qara, while 5 terrorists were eliminated in the Euphrates Shield operation area in northern Syria.
Over the course of a week, the Turkish army managed to take down more than 100 Kurdish militants in northern Iraq and Syria, showcasing their relentless efforts to combat terrorism in the region.
