Prashant Kishor, the former poll strategist, said the date on which Jan Suraaj will become a political party coincides with Gandhi Jayanti.
Former election strategist Prashant Kishor announced that his Jan Suraaj campaign will transform into a political party on October 2, aligning with Gandhi Jayanti, to contest the Bihar assembly polls next year. This declaration was made during a state-level workshop of Jan Suraaj in the presence of various individuals, including former legislators and significant political figures.
Kishor confirmed, “Jan Suraaj will elevate into a political party by October 2 and prepare for the upcoming assembly elections. Further details about party leadership will be disclosed later.” He welcomed new members to the campaign, including Jagriti Thakur, a descendant of the revered leader Karpoori Thakur, known for his influence on Bihar politics and leaders like Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad.
The latest additions also include prominent figures like Monazir Hasan, Rambali Singh Chandravanshi, and Anand Mishra, showcasing a diverse array of support for Jan Suraaj’s upcoming political endeavors.
