Gold Rate Today In India: The gold prices in India on July 27 dipped below Rs 70,000 per 10 grams, with 24-carat gold priced at Rs 68,720. For those preferring durability, 22-carat gold was available at Rs 62,990 per 10 grams.
The government recently reduced customs duties on gold and silver, aiming to curb smuggling and boost legal imports.

The basic customs duty on various precious metal products was slashed to 6% from 15%, easing the burden on importers.
