A tragic incident occurred in the western part of Russia, as a military helicopter, Mi-28, crashed near Kaluga, resulting in the loss of all crew members on board. The Defense Ministry in Moscow confirmed the crash, stating that it was caused by a technical malfunction during a pre-planned flight.
