Israeli Air Force chief prepared for war with Hezbollah

Israel has been intensifying airstrikes in southern Lebanon, with preparations for a potential war against Hezbollah in Lebanon being completed by Israeli Air Force Commander Tomer Bar. During a meeting at Ramat David Air Base, Bar warned of “surprises” in any future conflict with Hezbollah. The militant group has been sharing drone videos of Israeli bases, including the most recent footage of Colonel Asaf Eshed at the Ramat David base.

Tensions between Israel and Hezbollah have been escalating since October, leading to cross-border clashes and displacements of thousands of people. The Israeli government is facing pressure to address the threat posed by Hezbollah and ensure the safety of northern Israeli residents.

Hezbollah has warned of a heavy response to any Israeli aggression, linking an end to hostilities with a ceasefire in Gaza. Efforts by Western powers to negotiate a settlement between Lebanon and Israel could potentially lead to Hezbollah fighters moving back from the Israeli frontier and a withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanese territories.

The situation remains volatile, with the specter of war hovering over the region.\
