Strengthening Diplomatic Ties: Mexico and Iran Discuss Bilateral Relations

In a recent meeting between Director General (Africa, Central Asia & Middle East) at the foreign ministry of Mexico, Octavio Tripp, and Aide to Iran’s foreign minister and Director General of America’s Department at the Iranian foreign ministry, Issa Kameli, the two countries discussed bilateral ties, regional and international issues, and mutual interests.

Both sides congratulated each other on the successful presidential elections in their respective countries and expressed a shared commitment to enhancing consultations on bilateral matters. The meeting also focused on exploring opportunities to expand cooperation in both bilateral and international relations.

Additionally, discussions with a diplomat from the Belize government, who was present alongside Mexico, shed light on potential avenues for collaboration among the three nations.

As diplomatic dialogues continue to flourish, Mexico and Iran are poised to deepen their longstanding relationship for mutual prosperity and peace.
