Exciting news for industrial parks in Ukraine! Starting from July 23, 2024, industrial parks can apply for state funding for development purposes. The Ukrainian Economy Ministry announced this opportunity, emphasizing the importance of industrial parks in attracting investments and boosting the country’s economy.
The program ‘State Stimulation of the Creation of Industrial Parks’ will provide funding for the establishment and infrastructure development of industrial parks, including essential facilities like roads, communication lines, and power supply. Additionally, entrepreneurs and investors can receive compensation for connecting to these networks.
Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko highlighted the significant role of industrial parks in promoting investments and creating job opportunities. The ministry aims to attract USD 3-5 million in investment and generate USD 7-10 million in annual revenues per hectare.
With 86 entities already registered in the Industrial Parks Register, including the recently added Green Industrial Park in the Kyiv region, Ukraine has allocated UAH 1 billion in the state budget for 2024 to support industrial park development.
