Governor Kundi Raises Concerns Over Law and Order in KP
Addressing the media, Governor KP Faisal Karim Kundi expressed serious concerns about the worsening law and order situation in the province. He criticized the provincial government for failing to fulfill its constitutional obligations amidst rising lawlessness.
Despite the challenges, Governor Kundi emphasized the federal government’s support for the PTI-led provincial government and ruled out the imposition of governor rule. He urged for urgent sessions to address the escalating security issues, including recent incidents of violence and abductions.
In a bold move, Governor Kundi revealed corruption allegations against Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and questioned the feasibility of an alliance between PTI and JUI-F. He also announced party reorganization in KP and highlighted the urgent need for full-time vice-chancellors in provincial universities.
