US company CrowdStrike announced the successful restoration of a significant amount of devices impacted by a recent global IT outage. The company faced challenges due to the failure of Windows-based equipment affecting multiple sectors worldwide, including telecommunications operators, banks, and airlines.
“CrowdStrike continues to focus on restoring all systems as soon as possible. Of the approximately 8.5 million Windows devices that were impacted, a significant number are back online and operational,” the company stated.
