27 Gazans dead in Israeli airstrikes on Khan Yunis right after evacuation order

The Israeli military launched fresh deadly attacks on Khan Yunis minutes after ordering residents to evacuate the southern Gaza city. Medical sources reported at least 27 deaths in Israeli air raids and artillery shelling in Khan Yunis’ eastern neighborhoods, a designated humanitarian safe zone.

The attacks targeted districts like Bani Suheila, Qizan an-Najjar, and more, following an evacuation order that left residents with no time to flee. The Israeli military spokesperson warned of danger in the area and called for immediate evacuation towards a humanitarian zone in al-Mawasi.

With over 400,000 Palestinians affected by the evacuation order, the violence adds to the toll of a genocidal war unleashed by Israel in retaliation for Hamas resistance. The Gaza Health Ministry reported massive casualties, with thousands killed and wounded by Israeli aggression.
