President Joe Biden has announced that he will not resign from his position until the end of his term, despite calls from some members of the Republican Party to step down.
According to CNN, White House spokesperson Andrew Bates stated that President Biden has turned around the economy and achieved historical results for the American people.
Earlier, it was revealed that President Biden withdrew his candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections, endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee.
In response, US House Speaker Mike Johnson called for Biden’s resignation, stating that if he cannot run for president, he should not continue to serve as president.
