Exciting news for church attendees in Lagos! The Lagos State Parking Authority (LASPA) has revealed plans to start charging for vehicles parked on designated streets by the hour. In a letter addressed to the chairman of the Lagos State branch of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, LASPA Head of Operations Ayokunle Akinrimisi announced the commencement of the On-Street Parking Scheme in October 2024.
This new initiative aims to alleviate congestion and ensure smoother traffic flow in the Lagos State metropolis. Church members will need to be mindful of the new regulations and plan accordingly when attending services to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Stay tuned for more updates as LASPA rolls out the on-street parking scheme. Let’s all do our part to contribute to a more organized, efficient city environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
