Exciting news from Amman as Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Dr. Saleh Kharabsheh, announced the renewal of a memorandum of understanding with the Iraqi government for crude oil supply to Jordan. This extension, signed by both countries, will now run until June 26, 2025, under the same terms.

Jordan will receive up to 15,000 barrels of oil per day at a discounted rate, helping to cover 10% of the country’s crude oil needs.
