TLP protesters conclude Faizabad sit-in, ending week-long agony in Pakistan.

After negotiations, Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) called off its protest at Faizabad as the government pledged to support Palestinian victims of Israeli atrocities. The agreement was signed by government representatives and TLP leaders, leading to the clearance of the protest site. The TLP agreed to support the government’s efforts for Palestinians, with plans to send aid and accommodate students in Pakistan.

The government condemned Israel and promised medical assistance to Palestinians. They vowed to use all means to help Palestinians and hold Israel accountable for its actions. Efforts to secure the release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui were also discussed. The TLP’s involvement and commitment to the cause were praised, with a call to boycott companies aiding Israeli forces.

This development showcases solidarity with the Palestinian cause and strong condemnation of Israel’s actions, resonating with global efforts to address the conflict. The partnership between the government and TLP signifies a united front in supporting justice and humanitarian aid for the oppressed.
