Maggie Goodlander’s Campaign Gains Support from Out-of-State Contributors

Military veteran Maggie Goodlander is running for a congressional seat in New Hampshire. With major funding from out-of-state donors and support from a super PAC linked to billionaires Jeff Bezos and Michael Bloomberg, she has raised over $1.5 million. Most of her donations are from individuals, with 88% from outside New Hampshire.

Running in an open Democratic primary against Colin Van Ostern, Goodlander’s connections include employees from big companies and notable figures like Sen. Bennet and White House staffers. She has received support from various PACs as well. With her experience as a Navy Reserve intelligence officer and working for prominent politicians, Goodlander’s well-connected campaign has received significant financial backing.

Despite low in-state contribution numbers, Goodlander’s campaign has been successful, averaging $801 per donation. Her ties to influential figures, like being married to national security adviser Jake Sullivan, have boosted her campaign. Supported by PACs like the With Honor Fund, which has ties to high-profile donors, Goodlander’s campaign has sparked interest in the upcoming election.
