EU PalTrade signs €3M project to boost Palestinian exports abroad.

Exciting news for the Palestinian private sector as PalTrade and the European Union have embarked on a three-year project worth €3 million to support economic growth in Palestine. The project, starting next month, aims to enhance infrastructure, support startups and SMEs, and create job opportunities.

EU Head of Cooperation, Ibrahim Laafia, highlighted the EU’s commitment to sustainable development in Palestine through economic support. The project will focus on key sectors, stimulate trade, and create jobs, solidifying the EU’s partnership with Palestine.

Palestinian Minister of National Economy, Mohammad Al-Amour, emphasized the project’s role in boosting the economy amidst challenges. Minister of Industry, Arafat Asfour, sees this as an opportunity for Palestinian exports to the EU, empowering startups and enterprises.

Chairman of PalTrade, Ibrahim Barham, commended the EU’s support, while CEO Rawaa Jabr expressed optimism for the project’s impact on sustainable development and international cooperation.
