Gaza Civil Defense Reports Loss of Aid Workers in Israeli Attacks
The Gaza Civil Defense has announced the tragic loss of 79 employees due to Israeli military offensives in the besieged coastal territory. One member recently died from injuries sustained in an Israeli strike at a designated humanitarian safe zone, where 90 Palestinians were killed and 300 wounded.
This attack, which claimed the lives of three aid workers, was part of Israel’s ongoing war on Gaza that began in response to Palestinian resistance actions. The siege accompanying the conflict has severely limited essential supplies like food, medicine, and water, endangering the lives of civilians.
Throughout the conflict, over 38,000 Gazans have been killed, with many more sustaining injuries. The situation remains dire as the region continues to face the devastating consequences of the ongoing violence.
