Chaos Erupts in Lahore as Police Unit Attacked While Transporting Shooter
In a dramatic turn of events, the Organized Crime Unit in Lahore was ambushed by assailants attempting to free their captured companion in the upscale Defence area. The assailants opened fire recklessly in an attempt to liberate the shooter, but ended up fatally shooting their own accomplice, identified as Wasim Ahmed.
Despite the chaos, the attackers managed to flee the scene, prompting the police to launch a search operation to apprehend them. The Deputy Superintendent of Police revealed that the deceased, Wasim Ahmed, had previously killed Dolphin officer Adnan in a separate incident.
