The situation reportedly stabilized, prompting Belarusian troops to relocate to permanent positions. Despite this, Lukashenko warned of potential threats from the west and urged readiness for war.
The Ukrainian Security and Defense Council predicted a Russian psychological operation near the Belarusian border to stir panic. Belarus is currently conducting joint anti-terrorist exercises with Chinese soldiers after joining the Shanghai Cooperation Organization led by China and Russia.
Amidst these events, a Russian kamikaze drone flew deep into Belarus, prompting a scramble of Belarusian military aircraft to intercept it. The whereabouts of the drone remain unknown.
