Ukraine’s State Security Service launched drones in an attack on an oil depot in Russia’s Rostov Oblast, as reported by an intelligence agency source. The depot in Tsimlyansky district experienced an explosion, resulting in damage to stored fuel. While the Russian Defense Ministry claimed to have shot down several drones, Ukrainian forces continue to conduct such operations targeting military assets and industrial facilities.

President Volodymyr Zelensky shared that over 30 Russian oil-related sites have been hit by Ukrainian special forces recently. These actions are part of ongoing ‘economic sanctions’ against Russia’s energy sector, supporting Ukraine’s fight against the ongoing war.
