The Public Security Directorate’s Criminal Investigation Department (CID) successfully apprehended a dangerous “wanted” criminal linked to eight cases of murder, kidnapping, and drugs in Southern Shuna region after a raid on Friday. The suspect was armed and considered a serious threat but was captured by CID agents, who also confiscated his firearm.
In another incident, CID personnel in Amman completed an investigation into an assault at a dessert shop where an unknown assailant attacked a person with a sharp object. Through diligent investigation and continuous efforts, the perpetrator was identified and arrested. The attacker admitted to the crime, citing a previous dispute as the motive.
