Palestinian Leader Blames Israel and US for Gaza Attack

Amidst escalating tensions, Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas pointed fingers at Israel and the United States for an attack in Gaza that resulted in numerous casualties. However, he also held Hamas responsible for the ongoing conflict in Gaza, showcasing a rift between his Fatah faction and the Islamist group.

Israel claimed the attack targeted Hamas’ military chief Mohammad Deif, but the outcome remained uncertain. The strike left around 90 Palestinians dead and 300 wounded.
