With his upcoming inauguration on July 30, Pezeshkian aims to continue the positive trajectory of Russia-Iran relations established under his predecessor, Ebrahim Raisi.
Looking ahead, Pezeshkian also expressed a desire to enhance collaboration with Beijing and engage in constructive dialogues with European nations to realign their relationships based on mutual respect and equality. Emphasizing the importance of mutual understanding, Pezeshkian called on the US to acknowledge Iran’s stance on responding to pressure.
