Bengaluru: Union Minister H D Kumaraswamy revealed shocking details about a MUDA plot case involving former deputy chief minister Siddaramaiah. Kumaraswamy claimed that land, which ended up belonging to Siddaramaiah’s wife, was denotified in a deceased person’s name back in 1998.
This revelation is part of the ongoing political showdown between JD(S)-BJP coalition and Congress in Karnataka, aiming to expose corruption within the Congress government.
Kumaraswamy explained that the land originally belonged to Ninga alias Jawara, and through a series of transactions, it ended up in Siddaramaiah’s family.
He questioned the legitimacy of denotifying land in the name of a deceased person and demanded answers from the Chief Minister.
Further, Kumaraswamy criticized the demand for a hefty Rs 62 crore for the acquired land and urged for a thorough investigation into the matter.
In light of these revelations, Kumaraswamy called for accountability and potential legal actions against those involved in the alleged scam.
