Specifically, Salami discussed Iran’s True Promise operation, which saw the IRGC Aerospace Force launch a series of missiles and drones against Israeli military targets in retaliation for a deadly airstrike in Syria. The operation, carried out in April, demonstrated Iran’s willingness to act independently and support other Muslims when necessary.
