Peshawar to Get International Standard Cyber Security Institute: CM Ali Amin Khan Gandapur
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister, Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, has taken a significant step towards establishing an international standard cyber security institute in Peshawar. The aim is to provide the youth in the province with top-notch cyber security education facilities.
During a meeting chaired by CM Gandapur, it was decided that the institute will offer Bachelor, Masters, and Ph.D. degree programs in cyber security. The government building will be repurposed for this purpose.
CM Gandapur emphasized the need for investing in the information technology sector, showcasing the government’s commitment to providing modern IT education and training opportunities for the youth. He also highlighted the remarkable talent present in the province’s young population.
This initiative is a significant move towards empowering the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and ensuring their access to employment opportunities on both national and international levels. The government plans to expand such institutes to other divisional headquarters in the future, showcasing its dedication to nurturing talent and fostering growth in the IT sector.
