KARACHI Governor Announces Free Scholarships for Talented Students
Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori has taken a remarkable initiative by announcing free scholarships for talented students in the province who aspire to study abroad. A special cell has been established at the Governor’s House to facilitate students interested in the scholarship program.
Students from Sindh can participate in the program based on merit, and those selected will have the opportunity to pursue their education overseas. Governor Tessori emphasized the importance of providing such opportunities, especially in challenging economic times when the country is facing various difficulties.
Furthermore, the Governor highlighted his efforts in making the Governor’s House accessible to the public by implementing changes and welcoming a large number of visitors. Additionally, he mentioned the construction of a gate for the IT University by demolishing a portion of the Governor’s House wall.
In a separate announcement, Governor Tessori also established a special cell to address issues during Muharram-ul-Haram, ensuring swift responses to complaints and facilitating arrangements for the comfort and security of participants.
