President-elect Masoud Pezeshkian reaffirmed Iran’s anti-Israel stance, supporting resistance movements in the region against Israel’s policies towards Palestinians.
President-elect Masoud Pezeshkian reiterated Iran’s support for regional resistance movements against Israel’s actions towards Palestinians.
He expressed solidarity with the resistance against the “illegitimate Zionist regime,” affirming continuity in policies under his leadership.
Pezeshkian’s remarks reflect a commitment to counter Israel’s warmongering in the region.
He emphasized the resolve of resistance movements to prevent Israel from perpetuating oppressive policies in the region.
Notably, Hezbollah and Hamas, backed by Iran, form part of the Axis of Resistance against Israel.
Israel has yet to respond to Pezeshkian’s statements.
The conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza escalated following Hamas’s attack on Israeli territory, resulting in casualties on both sides.
The ongoing violence has led to numerous casualties among Palestinians in the region.
