High-Profile Terrorist Killed in Security Operation in Gilgit-Baltistan
A high-profile terrorist was killed in a security operation in Diamer, Gilgit-Baltistan, while seven others were injured, including an accomplice of the terrorist. The Interior Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan, Shams Lone, confirmed the incident, stating that the operation was in response to the increasing militant threat in the region.
The terrorist commander, Shah Faisal, was killed during the shootout, which also resulted in injuries to a young girl, an elderly man, and four GB Scouts. The terrorist had previously masterminded a bus attack in Chilas, which resulted in casualties and injuries.
