Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Thursday that its troops successfully destroyed a Mig-29 fighter jet in central Ukraine by striking an airbase in Dolgintsevo with an Iskandar ballistic missile. Earlier in the week, Russia had claimed to have destroyed five Ukrainian Su-27 fighter jets at a base near Myrgorod.
