The head of the Russian space agency, Yuri Borisov, has confirmed that soil samples retrieved by American astronauts during the Apollo missions indeed came from the Moon. He emphasized that the lunar soil samples shared with Soviet scientists were a key piece of evidence confirming the authenticity of the Apollo missions.
Russian space experts have extensively studied the lunar soil and have concluded that it is indeed from the Moon. This confirmation puts an end to the long-standing conspiracy theories surrounding the Moon landings.
