Conference in New Delhi honors Iranian Martyrs of Service

Recently, Maulana Syed Kalbe Jawad Naqvi, the head of the Indian Ulema Council, praised Iran as the greatest defender of the oppressed people of Palestine. He highlighted President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian as sincere supporters of the Palestinian cause, despite their tragic martyrdom in a helicopter crash.

Speakers from India also commended Iran’s role as the nexus of Islamic unity, emphasizing Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s efforts in promoting solidarity against adversaries. They hailed Martyr Raisi and his comrades as exemplars of dedication to the Islamic Ummah and global freedom-seekers.

Ambassador Iraj Elahi expressed gratitude to India for commemorating the Iranian martyrs, while Deputy Minister Abdolhossein Kalantari highlighted Iran’s principles of opposing oppression and supporting the downtrodden.

The event underscored the deep bond between India and Iran in championing justice, unity, and the rights of the oppressed, embodying a shared commitment to humanitarian ideals.
