Iran’s interim foreign minister, Ali Bagheri Kani, praised Lebanon’s resistance against the Israeli regime, stating that in a new war, Lebanon will become a place of no return for the occupying entity.
Bagheri Kani made these comments amidst escalating tension between Hezbollah and Israel since October last year, coinciding with Israel’s brutal attacks on Gaza.
He emphasized the role of Lebanon’s resistance as a strong deterrent in both the international and diplomatic arenas, warning that Lebanon will be a “hell with no return for the Zionists” in case of war.
Hezbollah and Israel have been engaged in deadly clashes since October, with the former vowing to continue retaliatory strikes as long as Israel persists in its deadly actions in Gaza.
Hezbollah’s leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, has warned that no place in Israeli-occupied territories will be spared in a potential full-blown war, and has also threatened to target any country in the region that supports Israel.
