A Russian kamikaze drone successfully destroyed a Ukrainian US-supplied Bradley infantry fighting vehicle in the Avdeevka region of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The dramatic video footage captured by a Russian Telegram channel showed the drone approaching its target and the aftermath of the strike, leaving the vehicle in flames with its personnel killed.
This incident is part of ongoing conflict between Russian and Ukrainian forces, with the Russian Defense Ministry confirming the destruction of the Bradley vehicle. The Russian military also reported the liberation of Novopokrovskoe village and repelling Ukrainian counterattacks, resulting in significant losses for Kiev’s forces.
Russian troops also destroyed US-made armored personnel carriers and vehicles near Chasov Yar, a strategic town in the region. The capture of Avdeevka and other key villages by Russian forces has shifted the balance of power in the area, reducing Kiev’s ability to shell Donetsk.
