The Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, welcomed the secretary general of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), Lazar Comanescu, for an important meeting. Simonyan emphasized Armenia’s commitment to regional cooperation and integration processes.
Comanescu congratulated Armenia on assuming the Chairmanship-in-Office of the BSEC and expressed optimism about achieving the organization’s goals during Armenia’s tenure. Simonyan also introduced Comanescu to the Crossroads of Peace project initiated by the Armenian government, highlighting the new opportunities it brings for regional countries.
The meeting between the two officials covered various mutual interests and highlighted the importance of collaboration in enhancing economic cooperation in the Black Sea region.
