Oyebanji inaugurates new permanent secretaries.

The Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, emphasized the need for civil servants in the state to uphold principles of probity, transparency, and prudence while promoting teamwork in their roles. During the swearing-in ceremony of four new permanent secretaries in Ado Ekiti, Oyebanji urged them to employ innovation and technology in their duties, bringing creativity, compassion, and vigor to their positions.

The governor challenged the new appointees to demonstrate excellence and efficiency in managing both human and material resources. He called for a culture of teamwork, confidence building, and collective responsibility among the civil servants. Additionally, Oyebanji stressed the importance of embracing innovation and technology to enhance service delivery and achieve the government’s agenda for shared prosperity.

The Head of Service, Sunday Komolafe, commended the governor for supporting civil servants with welfare packages that have improved their livelihoods. In response, one of the new permanent secretaries, Mr. Boluade, expressed gratitude for the appointment and pledged dedication to advancing the state’s development.
