Over a thousand Brazilians, supported by 100 pro-Palestinian organizations, gathered on Paolista Street to call for an end to Israeli crimes in Gaza. The event speakers urged the Brazilian government to sever ties with Israel and boycott the regime.
Protesters even went as far as burning the Israeli flag in a powerful display of solidarity. The Israeli regime’s war on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has resulted in a staggering death toll of nearly 38,000 people, with over 87,000 wounded.
Despite the ongoing violence, the regime has failed to achieve its objectives, leading to internal and external crises. The unity shown by the Brazilian people emphasizes the global call for action against this humanitarian crisis.
