Russia’s ongoing Ukraine offensive continues as the country claims two more villages in east Ukraine, showcasing its dominance over Kyiv on the battlefield.
Despite the outgunned and outmanned Ukrainian forces struggling to push back, Moscow has been regularly adding new villages in the east of Ukraine to its territory.
The Russian Defense Ministry recently announced the capture of Novooleksandrivka and Spirne in the Donetsk region, further solidifying its control over the area.
Novooleksandrivka is now the most western point held by Moscow in the region, while Spirne lies closer to the border with the neighboring Lugansk region.
This offensive has been ongoing for nearly two and a half years, with Russia continuously expanding its control over eastern Ukraine.
