Launching Young Leadership Talents Program
The Institute of Public Administration, in collaboration with the Management and Implementation Unit of the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap and supported by USAID, has initiated the “Young Leadership Talents” fast-track training program. This program aims to prepare young future government leaders aligned with the human resources axis of the public sector modernization roadmap.
The Director General of the Institute, Siham Khawaldeh, highlights the focus on attracting and developing young talents with leadership qualities in the public sector. The program targeted 45 government departments under the modernization roadmap and economic vision, selecting 26 participants through a rigorous evaluation process.
The training program covers essential topics like national modernization plans, strategic planning, institutional culture, and digital transformation. The initiative seeks to cultivate a new generation of government leaders capable of driving necessary changes outlined in the strategic plan for human resources.
